ATA
ATA (Advanced Technology Attachment) standard is a standard interface that allows you to connect a storage device to the PC. ATA standard was developed on May 12, 1994 by ANSI. SATA (Serial Advanced Technology Attachment) is a computer designed typically to transfer data between the motherboard and data storage media, such as hard disk and optical drive in the computer.
